Perfect Weather City - Maximum weather control

The project has been done as a workshop assignment in IAAC Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia. Each person chose the technological innovation and used it as a starting point for imagining a new city, fully facilitated by the robots. How would the city look like if this happened? What would the robots be used for and how would they serve the citizens?

In the Perfect Weather City, the weather is fully controlled by the humans using nanorobots. That results in different climate zones within one city making it touristically attractive destination and a dream city for the residents, where they can choose their preferred weather every day. The walls made of clouds allow us to change the environment in seconds, playing with their opacity. Additionally, monitoring drones are constantly mapping and forecasting the weather and climate changes, managing the distaster risks and controlling the urban expansion.
